    When we talk to someone, we always hint to the other side that we are there and listening to them. It may be nodding, facial expression, and eye contact. In the chat conversation also you should show your customer that you are there with answers like “I see” here, or an “okay” there. This is the main aspect taught by the food lead response company to its employees. It shows the value to the customer, but do not use words with ambiguous sounds like “Hamm” or “Uh-huh. Do you agree with the discussion?
